  • વાવેતર સમયે 4 થી 8 ફૂટ ઉંચા
  • રક્ષણ માટે 8 ફૂટ ઊંચા લોખંડની જાળીના પાંજરામાં બંધ

ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધી પ્રતિ વૃક્ષ કુલ જાળવણી ખર્ચ રૂ. 3,000 છે, જે સમાન રીતે વહેંચવામાં આવશે:

  • પ્રાયોજક ગામ દ્વારા રૂ. 1,500
  • સદભાવના વૃદ્ધાશ્રમ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા રૂ.1500

દરેક વૃક્ષ પર બંને પ્રાયોજકોના નામ દર્શાવતી નેમપ્લેટ હશે.

પારદર્શિતા અને જવાબદારી:

  • વાવેતર કરતા પહેલા વાવેતર વિસ્તાર સાફ અને તૈયાર કરવો આવશ્યક છે.
  • દરેક વૃક્ષને નંબર આપવામાં આવશે, અને તેના ફોટોગ્રાફ્સ પ્રાયોજકોને મોકલવામાં આવશે.
  • જો ત્રણ વર્ષમાં કોઈ પણ વૃક્ષ ટકી ન રહે, તો તેને બદલી નાખવામાં આવશે.
  • જો રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ પણ નિષ્ફળ જાય, તો સ્પોન્સરને પૈસા પરત કરવામાં આવશે.
